Dr. Musa Olatunji Adegoke serves as the Principal of Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools, Ikorodu, bringing over sixteen years of dedicated teaching experience and more than a decade of expertise in academic research and public health education to his leadership role. A distinguished educator and scholar, Dr. Adegoke is committed to advancing an educational model that harmonizes
academic rigor with moral and spiritual development, preparing students not only for examinations but for meaningful contributions to society.
Dr. Adegoke’s academic foundation was built at the University of Ilorin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Education in Human Kinetics (Second Class Upper Division), a Master of Education in Health Education, and ultimately a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Education. His scholarly journey reflects a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, health promotion, and the empowerment of learners through knowledge. He is a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and maintains active professional affiliations with the National Association of Health Educators (NAHE) and the Health Education Practitioners
Registration of Nigeria (HEPN).
Throughout his career, Dr. Adegoke has held diverse and impactful roles across the educational landscape. He previously served as Head of School at Assunnah Schools, Ilorin, where he provided strategic academic leadership and fostered a culture of excellence. As an Adjunct Lecturer at the Institute of Education, University of Ilorin, and a Part-Time Lecturer at Ekiti State University, he contributed to the development of future educators and advanced pedagogical research. His administrative experience also includes chairing key committees on teaching, learning, and result management at Aderoju International Schools, demonstrating his capacity for institutional quality assurance and operational effectiveness.
As a researcher, Dr. Adegoke has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in international, national, and local journals. His work spans critical public health topics, including breast cancer awareness, waste management practices, adolescent health, and reproductive health education. This research-oriented mindset informs his approach to school leadership, where data, reflection, and continuous improvement guide decision-making.
Dr. Adegoke’s educational philosophy centers on holistic development. He advocates for an environment where academic excellence is pursued alongside strong ethical values, spiritual grounding, and personal wellbeing. Under his leadership, Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools has achieved significant milestones, including successful registration and facility inspection approval from the Lagos State Ministry of Education.
